Mushrooms are attracting a lot of attention right now as we explore their health-giving potential, and their ability to soften the highs and lows of hormonal shifts is something we're keen to harness. We worked closely with a leading mycologist to formulate Inner Wisdom Balance using a considered blend of 7 functional mushrooms with vanilla, nutmeg, roasted chicory root, wild yam root and a sprinkling of organic coconut sugar.
The result feels a little like a hug in a mug. So whether you enjoy a morning pick-me-up or a warming afternoon treat, give body and mind a little boost with the power of functional mushrooms.
Benefits

Promote immune health – Coriolis aka Turkey Tail are believed to support the immune system and have been used in Asian cultures to help with diverse diseases.

Place 1-2 tablespoons of balance in mug, warm about 250ml of your choice of milk to just below boiling. add just a small splash of milk into the mixture and stir or whisk to make a paste. Then slowly incorporate the rest of the milk. Sip slowly, breathe deep, and enjoy!
Or place 1-2 tablespoons of Balance in a saucepan, then add 250ml of of your choice of milk then heat until it is drinking temperature all whilst whisking or stirring.

Does Inner Wisdom have caffeine?
No, Inner Wisdom is caffeine free and will not give you any jitters.
I have only just started taking Inner Wisdom and Sacred Roots, wasn't keen on the taste of Inner Wisdom to begin with but after a little trial and error I mixed 1 teaspoon of IW with 1 teaspoon of Sacred Wisdom and used half hot water and half Almond Milk and it tastes so good. A lovely afternoon treat full of goodness before the madness of school pick up : )
I had to come on to wrote how wonderful this drink is. I’m a very spiritual person and I can feel Mother Earth and the intentions that have went into this drink. Mushrooms have been a massive part of my healing journey and quest for balanced hormones and good mental health (I have bipolar and have completely come off my pharmaceuticals) I have since ordered every single product and I can’t wait to receive them all and start my sweet bee journey. It took me a little while to get used to the taste of this but now I enjoy a cup every night before bed. It’s nice having a drink that has so many health benefits. I use this and the magnesium butter every night and now get great sleep.
I was skeptical about this product as I’ve tried a variety of herbal remedies to help with PMS and none have helped as much as this (if at all tbh!). My PMS week is normally extreme fatigue, irritability, mood swings, low motivation etc.. having taken this drink for a week, I’ve still had a little bit of fatigue but my mood feels sooo much more stable; I had to check my cycle app as I didn’t believe it was the week before my period! It is expensive but hopefully worth the cost if this is the outcome!
