I can not praise this cream enough! I've used this for a week now and my average sleep time is 9 hours 17mins compared to 6 hours prior. The smell is amazing and so calming, this is now my bedtime routine. Love it, and have been recommending to so many people.
Can I say it really works, rub it on 20 minutes before bed & I sleep all night. They only thing is I have been using it for a couple of weeks now & my skin is peeling off the bottom of my feet ?
My daughter has autism and she struggled to sleep .I came across this cream .
I massarge it in to her feet 10 mins before bed .and she is more calmer going to sleep now . With in 5 mins she is sleeping. She says mum the cream is so nice .
It's now part of my bedtime routine. Make up off. PJ's on. Rub this beautiful smelling cream into my soles. I definitely sleep better and feel more rested in the mornings. Wouldn't be without it now.

I have mild CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) and using this on my neck and shoulders seems to be the only thing to calm my nervous system when I’ve overdone things. There have been many nights I’ve thought I’d not sleep at all as my nervous system was in overdrive and this has sent me off quickly. It’s better than CBD oil in that respect.
The first time I took it it overstimulated me but I’m highly sensitive so it didn’t surprise me. I persevered and now I wouldn’t be without it. Thank you!
