This gentle balm is made by hand using the finest natural ingredients and scented with pure lavender essential oil. An essential piece of wellbeing kit for everyday life, it helps soothe sleep issues for everyone and alleviates menopausal symptoms in women.

A grape-sized amount in total provides the 360mg recommended daily dose of magnesium your body needs! (for adults and children over 9 years old. For children younger than this, a pea sized amount is sufficient.)

Top tip: Keep a pot by your bed, rub on the bottoms of your feet 20 minutes before sleep and give yourself a little feel good before getting the rest you need.

Directions

Apply a grape-sized portion every evening 20 minutes before bed, simply rub it on the bottoms of your feet and into your calves. For children apply only to bottoms of feet. For migraines, apply to the head an neck as the migraine is coming on. For anxiety, apply to your heartspace as needed.

How long does a jar of Sweet Sleep last?

Using the recommended grape-sized dose every day, our 120ml jar should last around a month and our 250ml jar just over two months.

Can I use Sweet Sleep while taking medications or magnesium supplements?

Many of our customers use Sweet Sleep alongside their medications and magnesium supplements, but if you have any concerns we'd always recommend speaking to a pharmacist or GP.

Is Sweet Sleep suitable for using during pregnancy?

Sweet Sleep is wonderful for soothing restless legs and cramps during pregnancy. So many of our customers find it healing and beneficial! Once again, if you do have any medical concerns, it's always best to check with your GP.

Is Sweet Sleep suitable for children?

Sweet Sleep is wonderful for little ones, and it's safe for children 6 months and up. We recommend a pea size amount massaged gently onto each foot.

It actually works!

We've been struggling with my 8 year old son's sleep since he was a baby. We put him to bed by 7-8 p.m but he wouldn't fall asleep until 10-11 p.m, and he would wake up grumpy, barely able to drag himself to school. After trying Sweet Sleep, he now falls asleep within 30 minutes, which is a huge improvement. He wakes up with more energy and better mood. I highly recommend it!

Magic cream! (Butter)

This butter has made our bed time routine so much calmer. My daughter who suffers from sleep issues, insomnia, she is autistic non verbal and has alot of anxiety at bedtime and in general with most day to day things. I have tried it 4 months before I gave a review and im soo happy to say its definitely working as it helps her nod off within 20mins. The only thing I would say is that it doesn't keep her asleep for as much as we would have wanted her to sleep. We get about 5/6 hours which isn't bad compared to 2hours! However having said that, she is happy when she is awake and doesn't display challenging behaviour which is why we rate this cream a 5star!
Pros are that it works to settle our daughter, reduces anxiety, enhances sleep and also helps reduce any challenging behaviours due to having a calming effect. Today I thought I would skip the cream but she had a massive meltdown and I put it on as soon as I realised it was that she was asking for :)
Cons are that I find it a bit on the pricey side as we all love to use this butter now and the 250ml lasts about a month! I suppose you can't put a price tag on the good stuff especially when it works!
